Terms & Conditions

 

Warranty is initiated on the date of invoice with a serial number attached.

Warranty Periods are in section 1 unless stated otherwise on the invoice product description.

We undertake to repair or replace, during office hours, the product supplied for the full warranty period. This includes labour and travel or transport to and from the site.

Warranty excludes insurable perils i.e. water, fire, lightning, surge damage etc. Please add invoiced equipment to your insurance.

Products must always be kept in operation with a maximum inactive/disconnected state of 30 days before use.

Products must be kept indoors, away from moisture and within 0-40 degrees Celsius.

Any products that have been tampered with are not going to be covered under warranty.

Any products that have been overloaded will not be covered under warranty.

Any products that have been used out of their specification conditions will not be covered under warranty.

Any incorrect UPS configuration that results in damage of equipment voids warranty of damaged goods.

Warranty is only held in South Africa.

All batteries are always to be kept upright.

Battery warranty is reduced to 6 months when involved in load shedding conditions.

Online Orders: 100% before shipping

Custom Solution Orders: COD, with a 50% deposit to commence with production/assembly of works and the balance will be payable upon delivery.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to determine that the goods or services ordered are suitable for the intended purpose.

Any discrepancies or failures of the goods supplied must be reported within 48 hours of dispatch, failing which it is accepted that the order has been satisfactorily executed.

Any correctly supplied goods that are returned within 48 hours of dispatch  will attract a 10% handling fee.

No returns will be accepted after 48 hours of dispatch.
